3226354 - Position is generated during BIB replication when there isn't position in payload

Even though there isn't a <Position> in the employee's Payload XML and/or if the employee was intentionally or unintentionally left with no Assigned Position in Employee Central, a position is generated after processing the Request in the Org. Assignment Staging Area.

You will also see the name of the position as follows: "Position Generated For Pers.No. &1" in PA20/PA30 or table HRP1000 Field STEXT.
