Symptom

A sales document is entered and saved although the required text is not completed. Nevertheless it is possible to continue follow up actions.

For example, in one of the following situations:

  • create delivery or billing document for the sales order which is incomplete due to missing required/mandatory text
  • able to save delivery even without required text
