"Import failed: <Model ID> already exists." error when attempting to import a Model which does not exist in the Tenant via Content Network (Transport > Import)

1. Log in to Source Tenant
2. Export a Model via the Content Network (Transport > Export)
3. Log in to Target Tenant
4. Observe the error despite the object not existing in the Target Tenant

Firstly, please check if the Object can be found in the tenant via the following;

• System Folder of the Tenant, eg. Log in to System Owner and Navigate to Files > System and check the presence of the object there
• Deleted Files folder of the Tenant, eg Log in to the Target Tenant and navigate to Files > Deleted Files and check the presence of the object there
• If you know the type of object, eg Model, you can attempt to navigate to the Object directly via URL. For Models use the following structure below;
  
  • https://<tenant URL>/<tenant ID>/app.html#/modeler&/m/model/<Model Id from the error>

If the content does not exist, this issue is currently under investigation by the Development team
