3226638 - How to Check Deleted Forms in Audit Trail – Onboarding 1.0

A form in Onboarding 1.0 was deleted or modified, and you need to check the Audit Trail to identify which user made the changes.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Go to the Onboarding 1.0 module.
2. Navigate to Settings > Audit Trail.
3. In the Event Type field, select Form.
4. Select the required Date Range.
5. You will see the latest records related to forms.

Note: If a form was deleted, the Event Type will show as FORM_DEL.
