3226638 - How to check the forms deleted in Audit Trail? - Onboarding 1.0

The Onboarding forms were deleted or modified and it's required to check the Audit Trail to know the user who make the changes in the specific form in the Onboarding 1.0 module.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Go to Onboarding 1.0 module
2. Settings > Audit trail
3. In "Event Type" field select the "Form" value
4. Select the Date Range required
5. You will see the latest records related to Forms

Note: If a form was deleted, you will see the Event Type as "FORM_DEL".
