Resolution
The Life Cycle Status of a service contract is not updated automatically when all billing processes are completed.
To reflect completion in the system:
- Manually set the Life Cycle Status of the service contract header to Completed.
- Once the header status is set to Completed, all associated items in Released status will also be updated to Completed automatically.
- This manual action finalizes the service contract status in alignment with its billing completion.
