3226640 - When is the life cycle status set to Completed in the service contract?

Symptom

You expect the life cycle status of a service contract to set to Completed when all billing request lines in a service contract item are invoiced and posted.

Reproducing the Issue

The life cycle status of the service contract is Released:

Invoice status is Completed:

Invoice process flow:

Resolution

You need to set the life cycle status of the service contract to Completed manually.
 
Once you set the service contract header status to Completed, all the Released items will be set to Completed and consequently the Life Cycle status will also be Completed.
