Symptom

  • You would like to know if there is RTL (Right to Left) language support when Agent Desktop
  • For example, Arabic or Hebrew 

Environment

  • SAP cloud for Customer
  • SAP Cloud for Service
  • SAP Cloud for Sales

Resolution

  • The Agent Desktop supports RTL based languages which are supported by SAP Cloud for Customer
  • The RTL support will automatically be enabled when the user login with a language that supports it.  For example Hebrew.
  • RTL support for Widget or CTI based integration will need to be verified by their corresponding vendors
