3226781 - When using the EPMSelectMember function and using the member selector, the cursor moves to the top of the list on the first attempt to select a different member

Symptom

Within the EPM Add-in SP38 Patch09 and earlier versions there is an initial behavior when opening the Member Selector from the cell containing the 'EPMSelectMember' formula and attempting to select a different member, the dialog box sets the focus to the top of the list and the new member is not selected requiring the user to again scroll down to the member and select it a second time for the value to be selected.
