3226803 - Blank page when click a candidate from Manage Pending Hire

Symptom

Click a candidate from Manage Pending Hire and only shows blank page

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

In onboardingCandidateInfo, the candidateId is blank.

Resolution

Please check the URL of the blank page.

If it shows like:

https://XXX.sapsf.XX/xi/ui/peopleprofile/pages/newhire.xhtml?applicationId=XX&peopleType=onboardingCandidate&isPrimaryEmployment=true&candidateId=null&concurrentUserSysId=null&prevLocation=https%3A%2F%2FXXXX%2Fxi%2Fui%2Fpeopleprofile%2Fpages%2Fonboarding%2FpendingHires.xhtml%3F_s.crb%3DSJWGJQuCYI%252b3keTwJWEa%252fR5LCwXOWTCyaoqjo3emEkc%253d%23&usePrevLocation=true&onboarding=true&onboardingId=XXXX

Please enter a value to candidateId to the onboardingCandidateInfo with the applicationId in URL by exporting and importing.

The candidateId can be the same with applicationId.
