Symptom
Unable to Adapt the Route screen after clicking the Add button in the Overview facet.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Visists--> Routes
- Open a Route and navigate to Overview.
- Enter Adaptation Mode.
- Click on Add and there is no pencil icon to Adapt the screen.
Resolution
In the mentioned screen, do a right click on one of the columns and the pencil icon appears to Adapt.
