Symptom
When you are working with IRPA, you recevie below error message
SAP IPA 12026: Quota limit exceeded
or (it can be very generic)
SAP IPA XYZ: Quota limit exceeded
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- Login into IRPA factory
Cause
The key reason for the issue is that you are using the Trail account for the iRPA factory. This can be identified from the URL (example the URL ends like *app.irpa-trial.cfapps.us10.hana.ondemand.com)
Resolution
There few points to remember when using the trail account
- You may think of creating a new trial account, if the system allows it: Getting Started with a Trial Version of SAP Intelligent RPA but it will lead them to the same trial account.
- As this is trial account, there is no additional features to it
- BTP trial accounts have their own limitations and quota constraints. A suggestion to use BTP trial account does not entitle that ByD needs to support each and every use case this partner/customer may have. The decision to use a trial account is with the partner/customer and if one decides to use one then it is assumed that he has understood the trial account terms and conditions.
- BTP trial accounts have limitations and these are published on BTP help page.
