3226930 - When Perform "Create Outbound Delivery - Without Release" , Outbound Delivery Created But Line Items Are Canceled With Zero Delivery Quantity.

You have clicked "Create Outbound Delivery - Without Release" against a delivery proposal, and can find the newly-created outbound delivery, but its line items are canceled with zero quantity.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to work center Outbound Logistics.
2. Go to view Delivery Proposal.
3. Selelct delivery proposal ABC (ABC represents the proposal ID), click button Create Outbound Delivery - Without Release, outbound delivery DEF (DEF represents outbound delivery ID) created.
4. Outbound Logistics - Outbound Deliveries.
5. Search DEF, select tab Line Items, they are all canceled, delivery quantity is zero.

The reason why outbound delivery items are canceled is because the source logistics area (LOA) cannot be determined, the LOA cannot be determined because of the source and destination determination (SDD) rules maintained for the site.

If you want the identified stock can be determined when clicking the "Create Outbound Delivery" button, you need to store the stock in a LOA whose allocation type and allocation scope are configured as below:

Allocation Type:   Expected Product Allocation / Immediate Product Allocation

Allocation Scope:  Specific Stock
