3227186 - External candidate unable to set Profile picture in Onboardee portal - Onboarding

• Onboardees are not able to finish their profile on their onboardee portal.
• This is the tile that lets you add your profile picture

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as the External Candidate
2. Click on the To-Do Action Icon
3. Click on "Start Completing Your Profile"
4. Add any attachment less than 2MB under Profile Picture
5. Click on Save or Next
6. Unable to move forward.

This is a known issue and the Engineering Team is already working on a fix

PERMANENT FIX:

• The Engineering Team has introduced a fix and is scheduled to be deployed on 2H 2022 (b2211).
• Patch date is set for Preview 10th August 2022.
• Production 11th of Aug 2022.
