3227195 - Data Extraction: Payment Documents Containing Memo Line Data

Symptom

You need to extract payment related documents which contain memo line and the respective memo line data.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Resolution

At the moment it's not possible to extract payment related documents which contain memo line and their respective memo line data via the available data extraction options, such as, Reports, Mass Data Maintenance, Data Extraction and Extraction Run for Financial Data, etc.

If you have this requirement, please Report an incident to SAP and the request will be fulfilled via a backend report execution.

The data will be provided via Excel files (".xlsx" file extension).

Memo lines can be attached to any of the following source documents:

  • Bank Statement Line Items
  • Incoming Check
  • Manual Payment
  • Cash Transfer
  • Payment Advice
