3227213 - Dispatcher status intermittently shown as stopped in the IDM UIs.

Upon checking the dispatcher status in the dispatcher utility, Admin UI or Developer Studio, the dispatcher status shows stopped after it has been running for some time.
The status is again shown as running after some time without end user intervention.
Maybe this was identified in a report from a monitoring tool, that reported the dispatcher stopped.
Nevertheless, the dispatcher is processing tasks normally.
