3227247 - Add subject input field to the Contact Support dialog via Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

When creating a support ticket from Fiori there is only one field available, the problem description. When tickets are generated, they have a generic title like "Problem in <SID><CLIENT> reported by <USER>"

Customer needs an option to input Subject for the ticket.
