3227701 - notification when transfer of manager occurs shows transfer from new manager to new manager (instead of old to new manager)

Enable manager notifications.

When changing parent position in employees position and this syncs the manager to the job info of employee, a notification is triggered and it shows an incorrect notification message.

The incorrect Notification is that it shows Employee has changed from "new Manager" to "New Manager" (Instead of "Old manager" to "New manager"). 

Please do note that with "old manger and "new manager" I mean the names of the managers.
