3227809 - How to check user data returned by SuccessFactors OData API(Version 1) for IPS trouble shooting

Symptom

The property sf.api.version is set to 1 or there is no property sf.api.version for the SuccessFactors source system.

If sf.api.version is set to 2, please refer to KBA 3309225 - How to check user data returned by SuccessFactors SCIM API(Version 2) for IPS trouble shooting using POSTMAN REST client 

You would like to trouble shooting the following IPS issues and need to analyze data returned by SuccessFactors OData API(version 1).

  • User is not provisioned to IAS
  • User is provisioned to IAS but data is wrong
  • User is inactive in SuccessFactors but not removed in IAS
  • Active user in SuccessFactors is removed in IAS
