3227815 - Work item description in SBWP is truncated, symbol value is cut off after 80 characters

When a symbol value is used in the task description to fill the data from the work item container, the value is cut off at 80 characters.

Example: A link included in the task description cannot be opened, because the URL is cut off at 80 characters.
