3227847 - After executing drop dbspace, sp_iqemptyfile , create dbspace, then the database could hit corruption error "Blocks with Multiple Owners" - SAP IQ

Symptom

On a Multiplex system, after moving data using sp_iqemptyfile from existing DBspace to new dbspace, and dropping the empty dbspace, then the next load table cound hit a stack trace and sp_iqcheckdb 'allocation database' could report a corruption error "Blocks with Multiple Owners".
