3227886 - Holiday Calendar Records not found in Employee Time Profile

Symptom

When you view employee holiday calendar, system displays "No records found".

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the work center Time Administration
  2. Select Employees
  3. Search employee and click edit
  4. Go to Time Profile.
  5. Select Holiday Calender
  6. Click the displayed Holiday Calendar

Error  "No records found"

Cause

When creating a new holiday calendar, the calendar must also be linked to a working day calendar. In the system the holiday calendar is not assigned to a working day calendar.

Resolution

Create a working day holiday calendar and assign it to the holiday calendar.
