3227936 - Off Cycle Event Batch for Employee Time is not working

Symptom

Off Cycle Event Batch Issue (OCEB)

Rule to change the value of the Actual Return Date (ARD) based on the value of Expected Return Date (ERD) is not working but the change is shown in the rule trace.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Core 2205

Reproducing the Issue

  • MANAGE DATA - Off Cycle Event Batch 
  • Add Rule with purpose to change field value in Employee Time
  • Base Object - Employee Time
  • Add filters
  • Trigger BizX Job in provisioning
  • Check Results

Cause

Not supported.

 

 

Resolution

Employee Time base object can ONLY be used to trigger further events but NOT to execute batch rules
