3228283 - Impossible to have multiple logon check for SAPGUI and WEBGUI together

It is required to avoid multiple logon to the system via SAPGUI and WEBGUI.
For an example, one user named UserA, who is logon system via SAP GUI, and he can logon same system via webgui too.
Now the requirement is to disable the multiple logon, if UserA logon SAP GUI, then he cannot logon webgui.
