3228283 - Impossible to have multiple logon check for SAPGUI and WEBGUI together

This Article explains that phenomenon when it is necessary to prevent multiple logins to the system through SAPGUI and WEBGUI. 
For instance, if a user named UserA is logged into the system via SAP GUI, they should not be able to log in to the same system via webgui. 
Therefore, the requirement is to disable multiple logins, so if UserA logs in through SAP GUI, they will be unable to log in through webgui.
