3228331 - HTML5 apps is not visible after deployment in BTP Cockpit HTML5 Applications section

After deployment of an MTA with HTML5 module(s) to a Cloud Foundry subaccount the following notification message appears:

When clicking on “Show More Information” the following error message is visible:

Destination <destination ID> points to the html5-apps-repo instance <html5-apps-repo instance ID>, which does not contain any HTML5 applications.
It could be that the HTML5 applications for the html5-apps-repo instance <html5-apps-repo instance ID> were not uploaded correctly.
You can try to redeploy the HTML5 applications.

And the HTML5 application is missing from the BTP Cockpit HTML5 Applications section.
