3228505 - Loading bar (three dots) is not displayed for charts/tables in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Digital Boardroom

The following behaviour occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud in the QRC3 release (Wave 2022.15)

• Loading bars are not displayed.
• When changing a filter the chart/tables just stays white until it finished loading.
  
  
  
  

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2022.15.2

1. Open and existing SAC story.
2. Observe when the story is loading, the loading bar is present and animated.
3. 
4. When the story is opened, observe that some charts appear empty.
5. Loading bar is missing there.
