3228555 - Unable to upload Meeting Room file in Set Up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration - Recruiting Management

When trying to upload a Meeting Room file in Set Up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration, it fails with the below error, even if we use UTF-8 encoding:

"Rooms were not imported due to the following errors:

The file is not a CSV or the headers are invalid, column 1: E-MAIL."

The file being uploaded is encoded as UTF-8 with BOM.

When uploading the file, file must actually be UTF-8 only. Using UTF-8 with BOM encoding causes the import to fail as it encodes the file differently. Please, ensure that the file encoding is UTF-8. That can be confirmed by checking the encoding with a tool like Notepad++.
