3228622 - "Internal error occurred while processing" error occurs when Advanced filter is being applied to a story report built on Person domain on query level and the data cannot be previewed

The following error occurs in Report Center when creating new story with "Advanced filter" selected in Query Designer :

• "Internal error occurred while processing. For assistance, please contact your administrator or the SAP Product Support team, if needed."

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Open Report Center.
2. Create new story.
3. Select and drag tables.
4. Create the Input Parameter for the field.
5. From Advanced Filter, apply the Less Than or Equal to Condition On the above field.
6. Preview query, get the error : "Internal error occurred while processing".
