3228632 - Refresh Database is not working - Received Cannot open transaction log file -- No such file or directory - SAP IQ

• Moving a server to a new location. 
• Same data moving from production (PRD) to Disaster Recovery (DR).
• There seems to be a problem when trying to rename the transaction log:
