Symptom
In the new design of the Integration Suite, the functionality of activated capabilities can be accessed via the left navigation panel.
There are also quick links on the capability tiles themselves, which can be used for easy access to frequently used functions.
However when there is a downtime for the capability, or there is a disruption in the availability of the capability, the associated links, and the functionality associated with the capability, will not be seen on the user interface.
A error message stating that all functionality can't be displayed will be seen on the screen.
