3228983 - Resume upload pop-up behavior after creating a Candidate Profile - Recruiting Management

Is it possible to remove the box that pop-ups after opening the recently created Candidate Profile?

Currently, it is a system default behavior that, once you create the Candidate and open the profile (which happens automatically), the window to upload the file will come up. There is no way to remove this action. 

If the resume field is set as required = false, system will allow you to click on "Cancel" and proceed with the changes without uploading the Resume.
