Symptom

  •  The Housekeeper (HK) Wash process raised Error 814 on the last log buffer, for example:

Error: 814, Severity: 20, State: 7
Keep count of buffer '0x2b9e70750fd0' in cache 'log_cache' holding logical page '251398993' in database 'master' has become negative.

  • Then undetected deadlock between the HK WASH process and a user process.
