In the standard I-9 panel in Onboarding 1.0, the dropdown for List C documents does not include options for Form N-550 or Form N-570 (Certificate of Naturalization).

Cause
Even the interactive I-9 form provided by DHS does not list all document options and allows users to enter an “Other” option.
Resolution
In Onboarding 1.0, the EAD “Other” option can be used for documents that are not listed but are accepted by USCIS.gov.
