3229113 - Adding a project in the Administration console leads to an error - Tricentis

Symptom

When adding a project in the Administration console the following error is shown:

"[22.07.2022 07:50:38] Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'TCAPI, Version=14.2.0.36048, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
