3229114 - Learning admin/user > “To-Do” button does not display its full details

Symptom

When in the Learning admin and user areas, the “To-Do” button does not display its full details. Once that is clicked, its box returns “This feature is not accessible on the current page. Go to a different page to access this feature”.

Environment

Cause

This situation has been reviewed by the Platform Engineering team, and they confirmed the “To-Do” feature is currently not supported in cross-domain pages, such as the Learning admin and user ones.

Resolution

To have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request (KBA 2090228) created for it, where the Platform Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.

If you happen to come across an unexpected behavior while using the “To-Do” feature, we kindly ask you open a case under the “LOD-SF-PLT-TOD” component, so the appropriate Support team will review it.
