3229120 - Error RSPC051 when try to activate or restore an ODP type source system

Symptom

When try to  activate or restore an ODP(such as SAP_ODP, SAP_CDS) type source system, you got the error message:

Error in remote call of destination <source system host>_<source system SID>_<source system number>: RFC destination <source system host>_<source system SID>_<source system number> does not exist.
Message no. RSPC051

And this issue still occurs after you have double checked and followed the note 659160-"Error in remote call of destination &1 - RSPC051".
