3229238 - 'Simplified Process Monitoring' tile in workcenter keeps loading

Symptom

'Simplified Process Monitoring' tile in the workcenter is not loaded correctly.

  • The screen is blank
  • Initial screen was displayed but loading of configuration screen displayed by 'Configuration' button is not finished
  • The screen is kept loaded with ' ... '

When checking the console of Developer tools(F12 key), below errors were found:
- GET http://<host>:<port>/sap/opu/odata/sap/SOMO_DO_SRV/$metadata?sap-client=<nnn>&sap-language=EN 404 (NOT FOUND)
- GET http://<host>:<port>/sap/opu/odata/SAP/SOMO_DO_DIGIOPS_SRV/$metadata?sap-client=<nnn>&sap-language=EN 404 (NOT FOUND)
- GET http://<host>:<port>/sap/opu/odata/somo/MA_ODATA_SRV/$metadata?sap-client=<nnn>&sap-language=EN 404 (NOT FOUND)
- GET http://<host>:<port>/sap/opu/odata/SAP/AGS_SDS_SYSTEM_INFO_SRV/$metadata?sap-client=<nnn>&sap-language=EN 404 (NOT FOUND)
