You want to upload Supplier Invoices with the Collaboration window but you are getting an undefined error.

The collaboration window needs to be installed on a Windows desktop.

Any Installation on a VM, Terminal server, Windows Server might work - but is not supported.

Install the Collaboration Window on a Windows Desktop, for example, Windows 8, 10 or 11.
