3229434 - "Former Q2P change request found" when Activating or Deactivating Open Item Management

When activating or deactivating open item management using the 'Schedule Accounting Data Corrections' app (ID F4622), warning message 'Former Q2P change request found' (FAGL_SWITCH_OP878) is encountered.

When reversing an activation or deactivation already done in the Q system but not yet done in the P system. 

For example, open item management has been activated for an account in the Q system, but not yet activated it in the P system. Before activating it in the P system, it is required to deactivate it again in the Q system. This causes the warning message to appear.

This is just a warning message and it is safe to continue with the activation or deactivation.
