3229434 - "Former Q2P change request found" when Activating or Deactivating Open Item Management

When activating or deactivating open item management using the 'Schedule Accounting Data Corrections' app (ID F4622), you encounter warning message 'Former Q2P change request found' (FAGL_SWITCH_OP878)

You are reversing an activation or deactivation already done in the Q system but not yet done in the P system. 

For example, you have activated open item management for an account in the Q system, but not yet activated it in the P system. Before activating it in the P system, you decide to deactivate it again in the Q system. This causes the warning message to appear.

This is just a warning message and it is safe to continue with the activation or deactivation.
