3229569 - Error webApplicationInjector not found in SmartEdit - SAP Commerce

Symptom

  1. When accessing a SmartEdit page, no editing mode is available. Selecting the Preview mode option, an error message written:"No composed type exists". If you check the console tab, the following error can be seen:
    • GET https://yourDomain.example/assets/webApplicationInjector.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)
  2. Upon accessing a page in SmartEdit, the page remains blank/empty and a pop-up message is displayed on the top of the page:
    • "Preview mode is enabled. You cannot change modes. The page is either not compatible with SmartEdit or connection to it has been lost. Refresh the page or go to another page.".
