3229724 - SCC: Duplicate accept detected

Symptom

After SAP Cloud Connector upgrade from 2.14.0.1 to 2.14.1, you get monitoring alerts randomly saying that SAP Cloud Connector tunnel is not available.

Cloud Connector logs:
