3229970 - Internal Server Error in Communication Panel when checking interaction history


  • Communication Panel we are greeted with an "Internal Server Error" when loading the history
  • ECF logs captured the following errors:
    • ERR> ECFS: 401 UNAUTHORIZED : The supplied credentials are not sufficient to access the resource.
    • WRN> Failed to load 3rd. party extensions
    • ERR> _getPendingContacts - Failed to load pending contacts, status[500]
    • ERR> setNotificationMessage : 2:19:43 PM - Failed to load pending conversations
    • ERR> 500 : The request failed due to an internal server error.
    • internal server error and ECF_XMSG_CP_ERR_LOAD_AGENT_STATISTICS error.
  • Tomcat logs:
    • Caused by: PKIX path building failed: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
    • ERR> (jersey-client-async-executor-5) (BaseServlet) error:500,
