3230026 - After setting up SAP SSO (STS via KBA 2781286) SSO failed

Symptom

  • BW SSO failed but predefined worked fine.
  • APS - DSL Bridge reported SSO token or user password is empty.
  • Sometimes try to create report with BW SSO it gives "null" error message in BI launchpad.
  • STS logs showed 

STS: verified logon token for user BIUSER
STS: got systemID STSSYSTEM
getErrorMessage(): cannot obtain string. bundle: com/crystaldecisions/sdk/exception/SDKExceptionResources, strID: ExceptionWrapper_code
STS: A java.io.IOException occurred; original exception message DER input, Integer tag error
invoke(): irrecoverable exception (0/5)
