Symptom

The draft or saved applications are visible to candidates even after the job requisition is closed. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Candidate logs in to the Career Site.  
  2. Navigates to Saved Applications.  
  3. Candidate observes that draft or saved applications are still visible even though the job requisition is closed.  

Cause

This is an expected system behavior.

Resolution

  • This is an expected system behavior.  
  • An enhancement request has been submitted to the Engineering Team to address this behavior.  
  • Please follow this KBA for updates.
