Symptom
When configuring an OnInit rule against the 'Primary Emergency Contact Model' base object, the rule should default field values within the Emergency Contact block. The rule however does not run as expected if the target field exists within the 'Details' section of the Emergency Contact block.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Business Rule using the base object Primary Emergency Contact Model, the purpose of this rule is to default a field value within the 'Details' section of the Emergency Contact block
- Set this rule in BCUI or the Succession Data Model
- Navigate to 'Add New Employee' and hire a candidate
- Check if the rule sets the value as expected in the Emergency Contact block
Cause
This issue has been identified as a defect and is under investigation by Engineering .
Resolution
This defect will probably fixed in b2305, this KBA will be updated to share further details.
Please Note: If the field exists in the summary section of the Emergency Contact block, then the rule will trigger and set the values correctly. This issue only exists for a rule defaulting fields that fall within the 'Details' section of the Emergency Contact block.
