Symptom

EC Sales List in Data Medium Exchange Format cannot be downloaded due to error:

"An error occurred. Please create an case on component FI."

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter App 'Schedule Tax Jobs'.
  2. Select Job 'EC Sales List in Data Medium Exchange Format'.
  3. Enter mandatory parameters (company code, fiscal year, output tax code etc.) and Schedule.
  4. Check error: "An error occurred. Please create an case on component FI."

Cause

DME File download is not supported with App 'Schedule Tax Jobs'.

Resolution

Use 'EC Sales List in DME Format' App to download the DME File.
