Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Learning administration > Manage User Learning > Add to Learning History for Multiple Courses >
- Search for the programs you want to add at the learning history >
- Note the message "No items were found with the provided search criteria.".
The "Add to Learning History for Multiple Courses" tool only allow the admin to add the following entities:
- External Event.
This is an expected behavior of the system.
The Learning admin needs to add to the learning history, the items and classes which are inside the program, so this program will be completed as well.
Feel free to submit an Enhancement Request. The Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release. To share your idea within the community, you can create a topic on the Customer Community.
