Symptom
The Learning admin is trying to add a program to a user learning history through the "Add to Learning History for Multiple Courses" feature.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Learning administration > Manage User Learning > Add to Learning History for Multiple Courses >
- Search for the programs you want to add at the learning history >
- Note the message "No items were found with the provided search criteria.".
Cause
The "Add to Learning History for Multiple Courses" tool only allow the admin to add the following entities:
- Item.
- Class.
- External Event.
Resolution
This is an expected behavior of the system.
The Learning admin needs to add to the learning history, the items and classes which are inside the program, so this program will be completed as well.
