3230556 - ADS termination on Windows server

Symptom

ADS (Adobe Document Services) is installed on Windows server. It terminates with the following exception in the Default Trace on AS Java:
Service XMLFormService: Native process (PID=0) <drive>:\\usr\\sap\\<SID>\\<Instance>\\j2ee\\os_libs\\adssap\\XMLFormService\\bin\\XMLForm.exe terminated abnormally with error code XXX.
