3230562 - Legacy supplier self-registration was still available in sites using the unified vendor model and supplier requests

In sites that manage suppliers using SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance or SAP Ariba Supplier Information and Performance Management (new architecture), it was possible to enable legacy supplier self registration using the Application.User.CanSupplierSelfRegister parameter and to define self-registration methods using the Application.AOD.SupplierRegistrationLinkSetting parameter.  Suppliers who accessed the corresponding self-registration URL to complete a legacy self-registration were created as supplier organization objects, but were not necessarily synchronized to the vendor database, leading to the duplication of duplicate, out-of-sync supplier records in some cases.  Legacy self-registration isn't designed for use in these sites and is replaced by external supplier requests.
