When trying to raise a Job Requisition from Position, an Application Error occurs with the following Fingerprint ID: 166a54aabfbb3da9e42655073ef41cb6fd0ee0a9.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

The cause of the error is a synchronization issue after multiple changes in the affected system.

To resolve the issue, please execute an OData API Metadata refresh as per the following KBA: 2171588 - OData API Metadata Refresh and Export in SuccessFactors Cloud.

If the issue persists after running the refresh, please submit a ticket to Product Support.

NOTE: This cause and resolution only applies to the error with the mentioned Fingerprint ID.
