Symptom

***INTERNAL USE ONLY***

If you follow the doc Customizing the B2C Accelerator to Have B2B and B2C Storefronts to create custom B2B and B2C Storefronts, you will see some issues

  • The most of function of my account is not available and you will see a 404 page, such as

     

  • The following error message can be seen on the console log
   SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet [jsp] threw exception
   javax.servlet.ServletException: JSP file [/WEB-INF/views/responsive/cms/assistedservicecomponent.jsp] not found

     SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet [jsp] threw exception
   javax.servlet.ServletException: JSP file [/WEB-INF/views/responsive/cms/profiletagscriptcomponent.jsp] not found
  • The checkout function is not available for custom B2B Storefront, 404 page will occur when clicking checkout
