Symptom

Getting below Error while trying to Request Equipment for New Hires Task as a responsible person.
Error: “Entity ONB2EquipmentActivity with the given key is not found”

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

Proxy to Responsible person to compete Equipment task
Go For You Today
Click on Request Equipment for New Hires Tile
Complete the task

Cause

  • The Responsible person to compete Equipment task does not have any onboarding permissions

Resolution

  • The below mentioned RBP Permissions should be given

Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions : Process 
Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions : Equipment Task , Equipment Type and Equipment Type Value
Employee Data > Status

Target Population > External Users

  •  Including the responsible user in the responsible group will only assign the task to them, these RBP Permissions will help them complete the task successfully
